faulty ac expensive ice cream
the staff was friendly , they did everything they could to make sure we were happy.
the ac didn't work in my room , and the toilet paper provided was of very poor quality. a simple cup of ice cream from room service cost an exorbitant amount , $35 to be exact. furthermore , the general manager refused a slightly later checkout without charging an extra night.

great restaurant friendly staff clean room
i stayed in a beautiful room . THE room had both european and uk style sockets which was super convenient. the staff were very friendly and offered great restaurant suggestions near the spanish steps and trevi fountain. the rooftop restaurant provided lovely views and i found the rooms very clean
the hotel gym was located in the basement which felt slightly removed from the main areas
